Refund policy

At Celtic Earth, every balm is handmade in small batches with care. We want you to love your purchase, but if there’s ever an issue, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

30-Day Results Guarantee

If you don’t see or feel a positive difference in your skin within 30 days of regular use, we’ll refund your purchase in full. Simply email us at info@celtictallow.co.uk with your order number and a brief note about your experience, and we’ll make it right.

Standard Returns & Exchanges

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare products.

• If your balm arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace or refund your item.

• Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged).

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
